Who needs chocolates when you can have a hands-on heart dissection?

Today, our Advanced Animal Science class celebrated Valentine’s Day in a truly unique way—by dissecting bovine hearts! It was a hands on lesson in anatomy where our students learned valuable insights into the circulatory system while embracing the spirit of Valentines day in an unforgettable way.
